Greg has 20 years water and wastewater management experience gained in state government, local government and the private sector. His experience covers all facets of the water industry including investigation, design, construction, operation and maintenance.
For the past 11 years Greg has focused on the transaction and commercial aspects of significant water sector projects, initially as bid manager and project director for a major international project development and operation and maintenance contractor, and then more recently as a transaction manager and advisor for government clients. Contract delivery forms that Greg is experienced in include build own operate (PPP), design build operate (DBO), concession, alliance, operations and maintenance, and design and construct. To date he has been involved as either a contractor or as an advisor on most of the major water projects let in Australia, as well as major international projects such as the Sha Tin water treatment project in Hong Kong and the Manila water and wastewater concessions.

With over 30 years of experience in local government infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, water, wastewater, marine structures, etc.,). Brad has been recognized as a Master Project Director by the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Jeff has extensive experience in large multi million dollar infrastructure projects. For the last 10 years he has successfully delivered Information Technology projects across Queensland. This achievement was recognized by the receipt of two Highly Commended project management achievement awards by the Australian Institute of Project Management. These awards recognized Jeff’s ability to bring together both private and government sectors to deliver large projects within time and budget.
Jeff has a broad range of leadership experience within the areas of civil and structural engineering, education, training, program and project management. In these roles he has successfully demonstrated his interpersonal skills, including team building, motivation and communication with a large number of clients and diverse teams working across Queensland as well as with IT manufacturers and suppliers across the world.
He has had financial management responsibilities as chairman and director of a community credit union and as a program manager within government.

Bill has substantial experience in the field of Risk Management having undertaken risk management studies in a range of industries and locations, including Queensland local government water and wastewater projects. He has particular experience in facilitating risk management workshops and developing risk management plans for projects and businesses. His contribution to the field was recognised by being invited to be a member of the Standards Australia Committee developing a Risk Management Standard, and a foundation member of the I.E. Aust. John Davis is an experienced consultant with over 25 years experience in the infrastructure delivery and contract services sector, with particular exposure to local government businesses and related government owned enterprises.
John is widely regarded in local government as an expert in project delivery strategies for public/private partnerships; and has completed specialist assignments such as a whole-of-business operations revenue and costs risk model for the ACT’s water supply business, ACTEW Corporation. Other clients include the Defence Materiel Office, where he advises on strategic commercial matters in major procurements.

Adrian has over 35 years marketing, financial and business management experience, both in the UK and more than 15 years overseas, in the Middle East, Australasia and Europe. He has held senior line management and consultancy roles in large, international public and private sector organisations, providing advice to stakeholders and senior management, and leadership in commercial strategy, process and change management, and information technology. These organisations operated in highly competitive, customer service focused markets.
Adrian possesses strong financial analysis and modeling skills to research operational situations and develop business cases which provide management with decision support information. And in extensive experience in Australian commercialized businesses, Adrian has well developed expertise in regulatory and structural reform and organizational change. As a management consultant in public practice for 30 years, Lloyd has devoted a large part of his life to assisting organisations to develop the potential of their people. His experience covers all levels of government, the private and not-for-profit sectors.

Eric is an organisational and management consultant with more than 17 years experience in the consulting business. He has undertaken an extensive number of assignments in strategic and business planning, organisational change, supply chain management strategies (and implementation), mediation of disputes, negotiation training and consulting, training and development (especially in management development and team building) and the facilitation of planning workshops.
He first worked in education before moving into the mining sector in 1984 where he worked in corporate personnel for one of Australia’s largest iron ore mining operations. A few years later he moved into management consulting based in Brisbane - working for two different management consulting companies (i) The Australian Institute of Management and (ii) Allan Keogh & Associates. He then started his own business in 1991. Since then he has undertaken numerous training and/or consulting assignments for organisations in the mining, sugar, and manufacturing sectors as well as for various local, state and federal government agencies.
He has completed two Masters degrees which have provided in-depth training and knowledge in organisational psychology, business, and management disciplines. Angie has 18 years experience as an Organisational Development Consultant and Workshop Facilitator and Coach. Angie first worked within the public sector before setting up her business in 1988. DAVIN SHELLSHEAR

Davin Shellshear has over 35 years professional engineering experience including over 20 years with Australia’s largest local government integrated water utility, Brisbane Water. Mr Shellshear has extensive experience in the management of water utilities, the transitioning of water utilities from traditional public sector structures to efficient, competitive and well-governed market economy organizations, and the reform of the water industry in Australia through performance and competitive regulation. Over his 20 years in Brisbane Water, Davin Shellshear was responsible for all civil, mechanical and electrical Operation and Maintenance of Brisbane Water’s water and sewerage assets – from water abstraction and treatment, through transportation, sewage collection, sewage treatment and effluent disposal.
From 2001 to 2005, Mr Shellshear provided specialist consultancy and advice in water and sewerage utility operation, from regulation to service delivery. From 2001 to 2003 he project managed two large outsourced operations and maintenance contracts for the Municipality of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Subsequently he has worked in Timor, India and Mozambique on a range of projects including the establishment of Government regulatory regimes, tariff setting, demand management, review of outsourced O&M service provision, the performance management of State provided O&M Services in the water industry.
Since 2005, Davin has been working in local government Alliance contracted infrastructure delivery and O&M service delivery projects, and in the risk analysis of service delivery in the water industry. Recent relevant projects include:
- Alliance contract formation for the Southern Regional Water Pipeline infrastructure D&C.
- Alliance contract formation for the delivery of O&M services for the Southern Regional Water Pipeline.

Alison has 20 years infrastructure development experience gained in multinational corporations for the government and private sectors, mainly in the water industry.
Alison has held senior line management roles in large organisations, developing projects from inception to delivery in competitive customer focused markets. Alison’s competencies in management and business development are built on a solid foundation of project investigation, design, contract development, tender and delivery.
Alison is experienced in multiple contract formats including build own operate (PPP), design build operate (DBO), concession, alliance, operations and maintenance, and design and construct. To date she has been involved on several major emergency water projects including most recently the development of the target cost for the Gold Coast Desalination Project.

Brian has twenty years Management Consulting experience, in both the Public and Private Sectors. His qualifications are in Agriculture Science with majors in Behavioral Science. His qualifications are at the Masters level. He has four years line management experience with the Queensland Rugby Union where he was Reds Manager and Professional Rugby Manager. In this latter role he was responsible for player, staff, consultant and supplier contract management in excess of $5m pa. Brian was also responsible for training and development activities over a period of three years at Energex.
Brian has provided coaching, team building and facilitation at a number of levels. He facilitated national engineering conferences for Rio Tinto in 1990 and 1993, as well as senior management groups and project teams. More recently he has facilitated inter branch forums in GCCC (Parks Forum) and team building in GCW Infrastructure Planning.
