The AQUA difference
All our support people have relevant professional experience and as line managers have practically and successfully developed employees using a combination of Counselling, Tutoring, Coaching and Mentoring approaches. From our experiences we have developed the AQUA Model. All AQUA support people use this model when supporting each candidate. Hence we offer the differences of the individual Counsellors, Tutors, Coaches or Mentors, as well as the consistency of using a common model and language with all the candidates. This ensures a reliable quality of support, independent of the individual Counsellor, Tutor, Coach or Mentor chosen or available. Duration:
6-9 months. This program ensures new project managers, team leaders are effective as quickly as possible.
